Recently I bought a rifle online, was denied { with no reason} after the NICS check, so I can't take possession. Odd thing is, I have lawfully purchased firearms before. I haven't had so much as a traffic ticket in over 12 years. I sent the FBI an email requesting a reason.. no response from them. It's been 2 months now and they won't respond. No idea of what to do now. Anyone have any solutions?
What's the source of that 90% of denials are false denials? I can't verify that anywhere.
FTF transactions
All transactions are delayed 30 days in NY state. If the FBI does not reply back in like 3 days or so. By their own standards and laws “they”/ NY has made. This is clearly another way to create a registry illegally. While violating your rights and privacy. But aren’t they really just classifying you as a target? Their actions, particularly recently.
